The Beach Boys Smile Sessions 2011 compilation LP, with insert, nice.!!
Up for sale here we have The Beach Boys 2011 release, The Smile Sessions compilation LP. This was salvaged from the actual big box set with the 3D outer box that also comes with the really beautiful book and Smile poster with the 5 CD’s and 2 singles. The box set itself is not in the greatest condition and not really worth listing here and I personally needed the other inserts to go with another copy that I am keeping for myself. This extra copy of the double LP however I do not need and wish to pass on to someone else who loves The Beach Boys as much as I do. Both of the discs have been play tested and there in near mint condition, they just need another general cleaning before play. No static, skips or anything to the discs themselves, no scratches or anything to report of, the cover is in solid condition, no major creases or wear that can be found other than some seam wear on the top middle part of the cover. That’s the only wear I can detect. No splitting yet.! As said, this was salvaged from a beaten up box set and I couldn’t do anything about that. The cover is still presentable and worthy of holding onto despite the little seam wear, literally looks like general shelf wear.! The front, back and gatefold covers are gorgeous with no issues.! Spine is intact with no issues, included is the band photo insert. In beautiful condition.! This LP as well as the box set itself is extremely hard to find now and out of print. And an important piece of Beach Boys history. I wish to pass this on to someone who needs a copy of the vinyl to play or too have as a playing copy or spare. Totally worth it.!!
