This record is in near mint condition. I am the original and only owner of this item. It was opened and taken out of the packaging for viewing, but never played. The record has no obvious wear. It has some dust, but that's easily remedied if you intend to play this record. The item has been stored in a smoke- and light-free environment for the last 20 years. The sleeve itself does have some wear on the corners as you can see from the photos.
