DESCRIPTION:  This is a nice lot of 10 various remix and mash up type House and Breaks tunes from the late 1990's and early 2000's.  Nice variety with some classic tunes, mashups of classic tunes, and remixes of classic Pop and Rap tunes.  Records range from very good to excellent condition, overall condition of them generally is very good.  Some of the records have picture sleeves and others have plain paper sleeves, some may have an inner and outer sleeve and some may have just one sleeve condition.  Please ask if you have any questions.

RETURNS:  All items are sold as-is, as described and pictured.  Any item may be returned for any reason with a 15% re-stock fee.  To return an item buyer is required to pay return shipping, and buyer must request the return within 48 hours of receiving item.  According to ebay policy, buyers have 24 hours to request to cancel a transaction.  Any requests to cancel after that period of time are considered on a case by case basis.  If item happens to be damaged in shipping, or buyer feels they received incorrect item, I will sort things out if I am at fault.  Caveat Emptor.
