Please be aware that I do not tolerate the (very small) minority who send deliberately rude or aggressive messages, anyone doing this will have their order cancelled, be reported and blocked 😎 

Shipping/Post - Small part time seller = no 24 hour service or next day delivery

If your order is genuinely  urgent I’ll do my best to accommodate. 

Turnaround for shipping/post USUALLY 2-3 working days after payment

If an item will be late, I’ll contact you. 

If you've not had a 'shipped' notice, your item is waiting to be sent.

The Shack only sells good quality, often rare/hard to get items. 

I set minimum offers, if yours declines please try increasing or message me for best price and don't be offended.

If you buy a large number of items at once or become a repeat customer, I can offer discounts as the relationship develops.

I can sometimes reserve items, usually this is for repeat customers or buyers with strong feedback.
