Dave Matthews Band Live Trax Vol 1 BLUE Vinyl, limited to 500 copies

Outstanding copy. Full disclosure I have treated this with LAST record preservative as I do with all records I plan on listening to as it prevents wear over repeated plays. Im a fan of it as it keeps records sounding better for longer. So you can play it as often as you want with no worries. Personally I’ve played it all the way trough about 5 times, but acquired it as used. It appeared to be lightly played and well kept when I bought it.

Play tested prior to listing for sale. No skips, and overall it plays excellent and I’m really picky on audio quality. Records are very clean, but the blue clear vinyl makes spotting debris hard vs a black record so I recommend a cleaning after delivery even if records look clean as they will accumulate static build up during shipping and attract dust. I will clean them prior to packing and place in anti static sleeves to minimise.

Since there are no skips, play test info will focus on surface noise.

Side A: surface noise at the beginning. When seek up gets going record is quiet but there is noise the first 30 seconds of the record.

Side B: tiny bit of surface noice for about 5 seconds at the start. Song transition quiet

Side C: quiet start to record, song transition quiet. No issues

Side D: minimal surface noice before first song starts (in the lead-in groove), then quiet throughout. Song transition quiet. No issues

Side E: quiet, no issues

Side F: quiet, no issues. Song transitions quiet

Side G: quiet, no issues minus Boyd being a bit out of tune during tripping billies. Song transition quiet

Side H: minor surface noice at start during intro to Last Stop during the quiet parts. Stops when song gets going and does not continue. Small distortion (not a skip or pop) for about 1 beat about 1/4 of the way into last stop. One of the audio channels drops off for a beat. This is due to a slight manufacturing defect in the vinyl as there is a tiny spot where it looks like the vinyl has an air bubble in it (pictured photo 12). My tracking pressure is set at 1.8 grams which is very light and the needle doesn’t skip out of place at the air bubble.

I’ve tried to be as detailed as possible, but any questions please ask
