THE BEATLES
"HELP" PARLOPHONE PMC 1255 RELEASED 6th AUGUST 1965
STAMPERS 6 LTD 1 ATO MATRICES -2 -2 KT TAX CODE SIDE 1 CENTRE
"THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD " RIM TEXT WITH "SOLD IN THE UK " LABEL TEXT
THIS PARTICULAR SLEEVE APPEARS TO BE A RARE VERSION WITHOUT THE "MONO" DESIGNATION ON THE FRONT (NORMALLY TOP RIGHT)
THE REAR OF THE SLEEVE HAS THE DATE OF RELEASE 6509 AND "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd Patents Pending" PRINTED ON THE FOLDOVER SEAM WHICH MEANS IT WAS PART OF THE SLEEVE FRONT WHEN PRINTED
MONO VERSIONS OF "HELP" IN LAMINATED FOLDOVER SEAMS ENDED IN 1968/69
THE VERY RARE "MONO" ONE BOX EMI FROM 1969 MAY WELL HAVE HAD NO "MONO" ON THE SLEEVE BUT I DON'T THINK IT WOULD HAVE HAD "PATENTS PENDING" ON THE REAR AT THAT TIME
RECORD SLEEVE IS IN NICE CLEAN CONDITION BOTH BACK AND FRONT BUT DOES HAVE A THIN MARK ACROSS THE SLEEVE FRONT WHICH APPEARS TO BE UNDER THE LAMINATE (HARD TO SEE IN THE PICS)
EMITEX INNER IS PRESENT AND COMPLETE ,THE CORNERS HAVE BEEN FOLDED TO FIT IN THE SLEEVE (A COMMON PRACTICE) BUT IS BRIGHT AND CLEAN
VINYL RECORD IS IN SUPERB CONDITION DEEP GLOSSY SHEEN TO SURFACES WITH JUST ONE SMALL MARK VISIBLE NOT FEELABLE AND DOESN'T AFFECT THE AUDIO WHICH HAS QUIET RUN INS AND SPACES AND A CLEAN AND DISTINCT SOUNDTRACK
RECORD LABELS ARE SIMILARILY CLEAN VERY LIMITED SPINDLE MARKS DEFINITELY NOT SEEN MANY PLAYS OVER THE YEARS ,CENTRE HOLE IS CLEAN AND UNWORN
