Record plays great. With no noticeable scratches. I have also cleaned the record on my record doctor machine, so it is cleaner than new.
I would rate the condition of the record as near mint and the sleeve as near mint minus, as there is a tiny partial seam split forming on the top of the cover; see attached pictures.
