Super Rare 45-RPM record.    It's the Real Deal  -  they don't come up for sale often.

MC 5, Atlantic Records promotional 7-Inch 45 RPM record,  Shakin' Street b/w The American Ruse, 45-2724, 1969.   Made in the USA.    Mono pressing.

Pressed by Specialty Records Corp.   Jon Landau is the producer.  

US-Issue,  Atlantic PROMOTIONAL 7-inch 45 RPM with red and white label.     The vinyl is in VERY GOOD condition.    

The scuffs, scratches and crackling noted below are all cosmetic.   The crackling isn't that bad - especially when the music is playing - and the scratches aren't deep.

Numerous light scuffs and scratches -- nothing that mars the groove except to produce some crackle at the beginning and end of each side..     

PLAY TESTED ALL THE WAY THROUGH - - ON BOTH SIDES.     NO SKIPS.    GREAT SOUND -- BUT light crackling in the lead-in to the start of the song and again at the end.    

A slight hit of ring wear.    

Has the word "Pop" written on the plug side from a DJ.

Side A - etched and written:    A-17941 W LW AT SRC

Side B - etched and written:  A-1̶9̶9̶3̶6̶-17936-1 W LW AT SRC

The 'SRC' logo is stamped as a reverse image on both sides.   If you look at the logo in a mirror it appears correct!

A very rare 45 that is both presentable and playable.
