All Music describes Toronto’s Nash The Slash as a blend of Gary Numan, early Pink Floyd, & The Stranglers.  Nash The Slash (Jeff Plewmen) is definitely one of the forefathers of techno and is one of music’s true eccentrics—always appearing in “The Invisible Man” surgical bandages. 1984 IMPORT synth-pop release on Quality Label (QUS2132) with lots of cover songs by artists that include Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Leaves, Steppenwolf, The Count Five, Bo Diddley, Grand Funk, and Barry Manilow!
