Capitol album set No. CC-47 is "Music out of the Moon", each side of which is labeled "Theremin with Vocal Group and Orchestra conducted by Leslie Baxter." The theremin is played by Dr. Samuel J. Hoffman, and the music is all composed by Harry Revel. The cover model is Virginia Clark, of Earl Carroll's Theater in Hollywood.

The album contains the following three consecutively numbered records:

Capitol # 10080 -- "Lunar Rhapsody" and "Celestial Nocturne."

Capitol # 10081 -- "Moon Moods" and "Lunette."

Capitol # 10082 -- "Radar Blues" and "Mist o' the Moon."

The records look to be still nice and shiny but with a few surface scuffs and scratches and manufacturing blisters. I've played them all on my Audio-Technica turntable, and there are no skips or jumps, and mostly just typical light background noise, but some occasional pops or clicks or light ticking. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering devices and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well they will play on your equipment.

The album itself is in used and worn condition, with the pocket seams intact, but some scuffs and stains and edge wear on the cover. It also has a small sticker on the front.
