Signed by cover artist NEAL ADAMS & the Groundhogs, Pete Cruickshank, Tony McPhee, and Ken Pustelnik. The sleeve is a gatefold that has extra fantastic foldout flaps to create this record sleeve/comic book, which was drawn by legendary artist Neal Adam's, who also signed this copy.

Condition: The record has been cleaned and tested. It plays nicely. There is a little surface noise, mostly on the first track. Most the tracks sound great. No skips. I'm not a professional record grader. That being said I would rate this VG.
The original inner sleeve is not included. The vinyl is now in a modern, high quality rice paper lined master sleeve.
The outer sleeve has these defects: a 2 inch part of the spine is scraped off and there are dings on the edges. There are no rips or splits on the seams. The artwork displays brilliantly. And the signatures are easy to see. I would conservatively rate the sleeve G+.
