Capitol's 30th anniversary issue, promo only limited edition available only with mail-in offer from Capitol Records in Nov. 92. Reportedly 5000 made. Some copies issued with a gray 3" x 5" card from Capitol thanking them for responding. Original 9" x 12" mailer has Capitol mailing label.
Vinyl is clean.
