This unnumbered and privately pressed 12-inch 33 RPM LP is "Senior Choir Concert at Zion Lutheran Church" by the St. Paul's Baptist Church Senior Choir, directed by Richard Berry and accompanied by Donald P. Robinson (organ) and Mamie E. Shelton (piano). It is stereo and undated, and was recorded by Recorded Publications Company "from client's furnished tape." The town and state location of the two churches is not stated, but my guess would be Utica, New York.
The record looks to be in heavily used and abused condition, not as shiny as it used to be, and some significant surface scuffs and scratches. I've played both sides on my Audio-Technica turntable, and there was heavily audible background noise throughout, including some occasional pops or clicks or ticking. There were also several forward jumps on both sides, and even a couple of needle-stopping gouges toward the end of the fifth track on Side One. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment. 
The cover is in used and worn condition, with seam splits starting at the open ends at the top and bottom. And it comes with a plain white inner sleeve.
