Jacket only has a couple of creases. Record has quite a few scratches, the 2nd side more than the 1st. It was play tested and has quite a bit of surface noise. No noticeable skips on the 1st side, the 2nd song on the 2nd side skips momentarily a few times and very briefly on the 3rd song. Pretty rare record and could probably have better sound quality if professionally cleaned.
