All the records are at least VG condition. They may have light surface marks / wear - nothing deep. They will need cleaning before use as they have been stored for many years.
Sleeves may have wear / areas of damage / seam splits / writing / stickers etc..
Average vinyl grade is VG+. There may be a couple that play as Good+ in some areas, and some which may play as Excellent to NM. Jacket conditions range from Worn to VG+, with varying degrees of wear and damage. All vinyl has been closely visually graded by experienced eyes. None have been play-graded.
