Lynyrd Skynyrd LP - Street Survivors - MCA Records MCA 3029 1977 reissued cover... one of the sadest days in rock n roll...Street Survivors was released just 3 days before the tragic plane crash that killed Ronnie VanZant, Steve Gaines &Cassie Gaines...their assistant road manager and both of the pilots were also killed. MCA quickly recalled the original cover which showed the band engulfed in flames at the request of the families. This is still a gatefold issue though. The vinyl is VG+ to Excellent...side 2 has a couple of superficial center spindle scuffs...it still plays great though. Jacket is a solid gatefold type. I do my best to grade albums fairly but sometimes people disagree. I guarantee all my records and CD's. If you don't like it send it back for a refund it's that easy.
