Sales Terms

Once you have won the item (through bid/buy it now), I expect you to pay within 5 days, otherwise I will be filing a non-paying buyer against you, and blocking you from purchasing from me again. 

Please specify whether you would like me to open sealed records to package it outside of the outer sleeve to avoid seam splits/damage. All records that are already open, will be packed outside the sleeve and an additional stiffener inside the sleeve so the spine doesn’t get damaged. 

I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SEAM SPLIT OR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED IN TRANSIT. ALL PURCHASES ARE SENT WITH THE REQUIRED INSURANCE. SHOULD YOU WANT TO MAKE A CLAIM, PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO DO SO ON YOUR BEHALF. ONCE THE CLAIM HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, AND THE CHEQUE HAS ARRIVED IN THE POST, THEN I WILL ISSUE YOU A REFUND. 

Return Policy

If the item has been sent sealed and then opened, then no returns are accepted, as you have effectively devalued the item and I have no use of it now. I do not cover damage to the records themselves that are sealed as this is not something that I am responsible for. 

Otherwise, I will accept returns but they must be sent back in exactly the same condition, and a tracked service must be used. Once the item has been received and checked over, then I will issue a refund.

UK: Below £100 - Tracked 48 with Signature

       Above £100 - Special Delivery 

International - £25 Flat fee for orders below 2kg, over 2kg will incur additional fee 

This ensures there is that all packages are covered in case of damage/loss in transit. 

I reuse mailers that are to a good standard. I also use fragile tape.
