** As you can see someone has used metallic tape to ensure the shrink wrap has stayed on. It is not attached to the outside cover but it is attached to the inside of the jacket opening.
The vinyl is glossy with a couple of very small, faint hairlines, sounds great, EX. The jacket has some surface, edge and corner wear, VG+.
