What I’m offering is a non-cutout copy of the LP by Van Halen titled OU812, issued on Warner Brothers 1-25732 in 1988. This is an ORIGINAL pressing and not a reissue of any kind. 
The grading on the LP is EX cover, NM record. 
The cover, with VAN HALEN OU812 embossed on the front, has a small horizontal crease at the spine and just a hint of ring/ surface wear that is hardly worth mentioning. 
The record, which comes in its original custom lyric inner sleeve, is in solid NM condition with NO scuffs or scratches. Beautiful copy!! 
The custom lyric inner sleeve is in EX condition with a small ¼ inch split on the bottom seam, and a couple of creases and a small ¼ inch taped tear in the top left corner (see close-up scan). 
To prevent any further splitting to the custom lyric inner sleeve, I will be shipping the LP inside of a Discwasher V.R.P. sleeve, along with the custom lyric inner sleeve.
