This is for a 12" vinyl record:
General of the Army Douglas A. MacArthur's Speech To Congress; Columbia Records; PL 4410; 1951. The vinyl shows some scuff marks but none that I can feel. The cover has a 2" split along the bottom seam as well as a price sticker on the front.
I have not played this record so I cannot guarantee that it does not skip or have scratches.
