The insert was not completely inside the jacket when this was sealed by the manufacturer so is bent over the opening.
If planning on keeping the shrink on the jacket be careful when opening it. I recommend using a new razor blade or one that is still sharp.
There is also a loose particle inside the shrink left by the manufacturer located below the Record Store Day hype sticker. This should come out once opened
