Reissue of Rudimentary Peni's 1988 second album - released after nobody had heard from the band for 5 years. They ramped up the weirdness with this album, which is based on the life and writings of American horror writer H.P. Lovecraft. It is dark and gothic, with lots of clashing, almost post-punk guitar tones and, even today, it sounds like pretty much nothing else I've ever heard.
