Outside is still covered in the original clear plastic wrap, but has been opened along the right side, with a couple tears in the plastic.
Inner paper sleeve has a slit in the bottom and one side.

This record comes from my husbands huge LP collection and has been in storage for the last 20 years. The sound quality has not been tested, and the record and cover are sold "as is".
