The record has only been played a handful of times through the years and there are no issues to report.
I try to grade conservatively as a collector myself.
The sleeve has standard wear to it, two small creases on the top, and some corner wear. All and all still in decent shape and shelf kept in a protective cover. No evidence of seam splitting. See photos.
