Emanuel Feuermann -Cello Myra Hess -Piano
Beethoven Sonata in A major for Cello and Piano Op. 69
COLUMBIA set MM-312 78s
Visually: EX (1-inch scratch on Side 4, sticker remnants on Side 3 label.) Sonically: EX (NM-/EX+ on three sides, EX/EX-/VG+ on other three. The VG+is Side 4 as the scratch causes about an 8 second tick. Rest of the side plays great.) Cover is EX=/VG+, looks to have been a library copy. Still displays quite well (please see photos.)
All 78s are listened to fully from beginning to end before being graded!
This is from a very large collection of rare 78 Classical records that I will be selling over time. Comes from a selective collector who specialized in string instrument music with artists such as Eugene Ysaye, Fritz Kreisler, Joseph Szigeti, Jascha Heifetz, Ida Haendal, Ossy Renardy, Mischal Elman, Pablo Casals, Pierre Fournier, Busch and Budapest Quartets, etc. Includes significant collections of turn-of-the-century violinists such as Maud Powell, Kathleen Parlow, etc. The vast majority of records are pristine. All records are fully played tested and cleaned using Audio Inteligent solutions on a VPI 16.5. Please check back as I will be listing new items on a recurring basis.
(All records are carefully wrapped and boxed for their protection.) Shipping and Handling include required Insurance
