This is JOHN LEWIS  J.S. Bach Preludes and Fugues from The Well Tempered Clavier BOOK 1 LP on Philips  824 381-1. This is a 1985 first pressing digital recording import made in Holland.  More information can be found on Discogs.  This is release # [r8045216]. This comes with a one sided insert written by John Lewis about Bach's influences on his music. Also contains his biograghy.                                                                                                                  

The COVER  EX  Only some light shelf wear, a shade under NM. There are no splits or writing.  There are no delete marks or creases or bends.  A lot of dealers would call this Near Mint.                                                                                                                                                                            

The VINYL  NM  Not play graded. Visually flawless. Kept in the company poly sleeve. Vinyl does not even have any of the wispy sleeve marks that many times come with new records from handling uncured vinyl at the factory. In fact, I can't see any evidence that it was ever played.  I  know the guy who bought it, so I am sure it was played, on his B&O turntable. RIP.  Should be a  fantastic listen.                                                                                                                    

The LABELS  NM  Under a bright light, I can see nothing. I'm sure this wasn't played but a few times. No writing or stickers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

The SLEEVE    Original factory  poly sleeve with a number 14/85.                                                                                                                                                  

All records will be mailed in sturdy, recycled record specific mailer boxes with extra padding.  Disc will be removed from jacket to eliminate splitting caused by transit shifting.  I use USPS Media mail.  I am happy to combine shipping.
