If you have a Crosley or similar suitcase style or lower end record player, returns for skipping WILL NOT be accepted as it is likely an issue with your player and not the records themselves.
Media packages are shipped US Media Mail and sent as soon as payment is received. Any non-media items are sent either via First Class or Priority Mail or Parcel depending on the item.
