I would rate this cover as VG and the record as VG+. The cover looks nice, but it has a number of minor flaws. It has just the beginnings of ring wear on the front and back, and the back has a half dozen 1" creases. Also, someone wrote a short note on a paper on top of the record, so the indentation of the note is on the cover. The record looks like it's never been played, and just has the briefest of scuffs from handling or storage.
