East Coast Stereo pressing. I obtained all signatures in-person after gigs apart the AW one (bought as a 'signed postcard of Andy Warhol' at a local auction, so I cannot confirm if the AW is authentic or not (although I do believe it to be) but can confirm with confidence that the other three are.

Listing as a Buy it Now in case someone snaps it up quickly but will put it up for auction after a few days if not.

'Ice Pick' Cover, presumably experimented on by Warhol and cohorts at the Factory prior to release, as is said to have happened with a few copies that were offered to Factory regulars . A lovely thing to own and has been my personal copy for several years. Sadly selling due to financial obligation. Disc and sleeve in firm VG+ condition, inclusive of Verve OIS.
