This is a very clean record and book. The book has a staple loosened (see images). None of the pages appear stained in the book. The record appears very clean, without scratches - but there is a minor mark I tried to photograph.  There is a little wear to the outer spine of the record jacket. There is some discolor/ light stain on the top of the record jacket, although not prominent. I have tried to capture these. Other compartive listing appear to have more damage.  I'm very careful in how I ship these so no further spine damage occurs through the shifting of a record during transit.
I carefully handcleaned the record as I do with my other vinyl (dawn) and carefully dried with fine grade (lint free) cotton. The record has been placed in a MOFI Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab jacket for better storage. Thank you for looking!
