Hello there. This item has never been played just sitting around. The center circle does appear to have some damage to it but I have no way to test it. So it comes as is. The sleeve itself has an indent from the record. The record itself might be dusty from the way it was stored. I don't have a way to properly clean it and I don't want to risk damaging it.
