Miles Davis' classic 'Nefertiti' on US Columbia Records analog pressing from 80s.    I just bought a collection of new, sealed jazz LPs and will be listing many more.   Not clear when this was pressed/released.   Not 180g vinyl.   Likely late 80s/early 90s pressing.  Presumed mint condition since it has never been opened.

Jacket sealed in shrink wrap; Record unplayed.  Disc sold ungraded or "as is".

NM

Under bright light, appears unplayed or only played with great care and looks quite pristine/like new.   Only the very finest examples make this grade.

EX

Under bright light, may have one or two slight, but visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs, faint ‘hairline’ scratches, or other superficial marks) that will not affect play.  Overall, very clean.   May play as good as a Near Mint record, but visibly has minor imperfections.

VG+

Several visible imperfections. Has seen more wear and play than the higher grades, but still overall a very nice record. May have a few more sleeve scuffs or light unfeel-able scratches, or other superficial marks than an EX-graded record.

VG

VG will show signs of improper care or frequent play and handling, and will possibly have some deeper, feel-able scratch(es) that may make audible noise upon playback.  Generally meant to be either a starter copy or purchased to get a sense of sound quality of a particular pressing.
