Nice pair of CCR LP records on the Fantasy Label. A 1969 Green River 8393 LP and a 1970 Cosmos Factory 8402. I would say that the covers, sleeves and vinyl should all grade at VG+.
My wife and I have been collecting LP and 45 records since the late 1960’s. They have been stored in a dry smoke free environment. I am not an expert on grading but have read up on it and will do my best to give an honest opinion. I have cleaned and played most all of them to make sure the sound quality is good.
