- A 33 rpm, 8 record, vinyl, stereo and mono, boxed set, 'From Liverpool - The Beatles Box'. Released in 1980
- The Beatles Box is an eight-record box set of Beatles recordings, initially released on 3 November 1980 by World Records, a mail-order subsidiary of EMI. (It was also issued in two formats by Reader's Digest in New Zealand, Australia and Mexico). It was only available via mail-order, and not through record shops. This was the last Beatles release during John Lennon's lifetime. He was murdered just one month after it's release.
- All songs are credited to Lennon & McCartney, except where noted in the track listing below
- All tracks are produced by George Martin, apart from Record 8, side 1 tracks 4 to 8 by Phil Spector.
- This is an impressive 8 record, collection of 108 Beatles recordings; from the original, single recording of "Love Me Do" from 1962 to 'Her Majesty' from 1969's "Abbey Road" album.
- Each disc has separate sleeve notes by Hugh Marshall
- Each album has a unique laminated picture sleeve, and the set is housed in a 12" x 12", hinged, picture box. Poly-lined, paper inner sleeves
- The collection was compiled by Simon Sinclair and mastered by Harry T Moss ('HTM' as seen in the runout).
- The package design is by Frank Watkins and Out Of Town Creative
