A great copy of this private press gospel rarity. Vinyl is conservatively graded at VG+, with just a little dust and some very light, nearly invisible superficial scuffs keeping it from a NM grade. Many would grade this as near mint! Sleeve is in original shrink and shows a bit of fading across the top of the front cover and a little wear around a couple edges and corners.
