My Dad worked in the record industry in the 70’s. This is from his collection. The vinyl has barely been played. It sounds AMAZING. The only visual wear on the record itself is the inner sleeve storage markings that occur over time when a record has been in the paper sleeve for decades. It does NOT affect play. If it were not for the VISUAL markings I would absolutely, without hesitation, be listing this record as excellent.
The cover has 3 small notations written in pen by my dad. “FUNK” “”Side 2 - Cut 2” and “Deap A.W. Band” - he said he probably was given an advanced copy of the record and was making his notes as to what song he thought would make a good single.
