I would put it at EX to NM- and the fold out cover is gorgeous! I'm saying VG+ to EX -- I will say there is an OLD PRICE STICKER on the front so technically that could downgrade it but for FOLD OUT and SHOWING purposes we're talking near CHERRY too!!! The sleeve is older but I'd say VG+ and can be included/replaced for you! FINALLY -- this is the ONE for YOUR COLLECTION!!! THANK YOU!!!
