Record has been play tested--sounds great and there are no skips.  On Side 2 I did notice a few pops in the quieter parts but nothing too bad IMO
Sorry, the original inner sleeve is missing and has been replaced with a generic one.
Cover has some minor shelf wear but is in overall good condition
