Very rare. I am the only owner from new and the record has been played between 10 and 15 times since it was new.

In very good condition as in photos.

There is some very minor surface wear to the faces of the gatefold and a very small worn edge on the top rear fold. The inner sleeve has perforated at the edge, likely due to the weight of the record. The record itself is pristine to my eye under close light. I am happy to provide additional photos for interested buyers.
