New/Still factory sealed. *NOTE: Corner bumps (see pics), and there are creases/dents on the jacket (see pics . . . looks like the shrinkwrap was pulled too tight to me). Also, I doubt the digital download will still work, due to the time that has passed. Vinyl presumed mint.
