Album Grading Scale:

- Albums are professionally cleaned and graded under bright light. 

We grade very conservatively.

-  Albums ship in an anti-static rice paper/poly protector inner sleeve within a 3 mil poly outer sleeve. 

- Both album and sleeve ship in a heavy-duty cardboard mailer with padding.

Also note that surface noise (pops & clicks) ARE NOT skips. A skip impedes the playability of a record (e.g.: a constant repeat of a passage, or a jump to another section of a track), while pops & clicks are surface noises that don't impede the tracks flow.

SEALED = Factory sealed album. 

If a factory sealed album sleeve has any issues, it will be noted in the listing.

MINT = Album is free of any imperfections and has a glossy finish. What one would expect from a newly opened album. 

Sleeve is free of any defects and looks new.

NM (NEAR MINT) = Album is glossy, with a few minor sleeve scuffs that have no effect on playback. Surface noise can only be heard between tracks.

Sleeve has very slight shelf wear, with no corner damage and no signs of ring wear.

EX (EXCELLENT) = A few light scuffs and hairline marks that can't be felt to the touch. Expect some faint surface noise (pops & clicks), especially in quiet passages and/or between tracks. An excellent listening experience.

Sleeve has slightly more shelf wear than "NM", along with minor spine and corner wear. Expect faint signs of ring wear.

VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) = Slightly more scuffs and light hairline marks than "EX". Expect a few minor pops & clicks during the track, even in non-quiet passages. A very clean listening experience.

Sleeve may have noticeable ring wear, light foxing and some corner wear and/or corner bends. Expect more visible shelf wear than "EX".

VG (VERY GOOD) = Incrementally more scuffs and light hairline marks than "VG+", with no marks that can be felt to the touch. Expect more pops & clicks than "VG+". Still, a very solid listening experience.

Sleeve may have medium shelf, spine and ring wear. Expect medium seam splits. Please use the High Resolution pictures to gauge if there is damage (writing on the cover, corner cuts, stains...) to the sleeve. Keep in mind that the picture proved are part of the description.

VG- (VERY GOOD MINUS) = Expect more noticeable pops & clicks than "VG". There will also be more scuffs and hairline marks than "VG", with no marks that can be felt to the touch. Still a solid listening experience and a guarantee of no skips.

Sleeve may have heavier spine and ring wear than "VG". Expect medium seam splits and possible corner cuts, plugs, writing and stains. Please use the high resolution pictures as a guide, as they are part of the description.

USED = We never sell albums that are trashed (check out our excellent feedback), so you'll always have a solid, but a bit noisy, listening experience with any album that we grade as "USED". Even with a "USED" album, we still guarantee no skips.

Expect a well-worn album cover and inner with possible heavy seams splits. Pleas use the high resolution pictures provided to gauge the quality of a cover a of a "USED" album, as there will be no descriptors other than the pictures provided.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING:

Album are packaged in a heavy-duty cardboard album mailer and shipped via USPS Media Mail. The first album will cost $5.00 to ship. Each additional album will cost $1.50 to ship.

Combined shipping is processed automatically.
