This is the very elusive variant of the KISS/Ace Frehley "New York Groove" in picture sleeve and blue vinyl, where the center hole is the 4-prong "push out" variety.
Note that the 4-prong itself has been pushed out already but this doesn't detract from the scarcity of the release.
The sleeve has minor creasing and the bottom has worn away slightly, as most of these did, due to the flimsy nature of the paper stock used by Delga Press at the time.
A nice collector's item for the discerning KISS UK 7" collector.
