About Us:

Having been in the customer service business for greater than 35 years, my goal as an eBay seller is to provide excellent customer service and quality products. I am not a drop shipper; therefore the items that I sell are stocked by me locally and are available for shipment as soon as the item is purchased. I will not list an item that I do not have in my possession. Communication is an integral part of customer satisfaction and success on eBay. I make an effort to communicate with all my customers during and after the sale. Should the buyer have a question regarding an auction or an item that they have purchased, I will be glad to communicate with them. Likewise, communication from the buyer is expected should there be a problem in honoring payment for a winning bid. It is unacceptable and unethical for someone to win an auction and never pay nor communicate to the seller. Failure to pay for a winning auction and not communicate with the seller warrants Negative Feedback.
