This is wild off-the-wall 1970's rock stuff.
It is very unusual to find a Near Mint Deep Groove Pressing of this LP like this. Looks like one of the first pressings with dead wax designations Side-1 A2U and Side-2 B1U
Deep groove always gives much better sound.
