I had not opened this until after I took the pictures, and then began to examine and describe it and I could not be sure it was never opened so I did it. I found that it most likely was not. The record and obi is perfect, cover has a hint of the record shape and bottom corner slightly bent. Japanese/English (illustrated) insert has a slight bend in the corner also.
