This is the fourth full release from legendary British Doomers "Electric Wizard". "Let Us Prey" is a 2002 release but what is unique with this LP is that the first issue was pressed in the US By the Music Cartel on a single disc. Rise above records reissued it in the UK,  pressed on Double  vinyl Gatefold in three different colours. The cover on this first issue pressing is different but similar to the more available reissue. The original (This) is a single black Disc. The disc is fantastic, the cover is very good just the right top and bottom corners are lightly creased, there is also a ding on the opening about 3cm down the slit.
