  Available here is 1 (one) Copy of Lullabies To Paralyze By Queens Of The Stone Age on a double (2x) Colored Vinyl LP Record... LP was purchased second hand, and played through once (flawlessly).
Complete with original inserts/sleeve.   I am not a vinyl record expert, so I can't tell you specifics on grading such as "vg", "vg+" etc... but I can tell you it was pre-owned, and the cover suffered some slight wear while in transit (see pics above) nothing too horrible, but definitely not mint & should be noted.  The LPs themselves are in very good condition, with only a few very faint superficial surface abrasion that do not effect play, as these played flawlessly for me.  Adult owned from a smoke free home.

I cannot offer FedEx, UPS, etc, at this time.

Tracking information usually becomes available once your label is printed.
