Condition: Sleeve: EX (minus) please see photos- some light marks (pencil?) next to “Keane” lp title on front cover and tiny amount of sticker residue on horse head (see close up photos) some small tears along top edge of back panel of gatefold (see photos)
other than that very clean no splits edges great (like new) Inner sleeves also very clean.
Condition: LP : 2lps (VG++) - some light scuffing and micro dimples in the pressing which played without sound on my Pro-Ject Turntable.

The lps I sell are generally graded visually. I inspect each record
carefully and I play grade lps if I have reason to believe any marks will sound.
I aim to grade conservatively and will add more details to the description of the condition of the lp if I think it’s warranted. I usually give separate grades for the sleeve and the record itself.

GRADING SCALE : Grading may be fine tuned by adding  (+), or (-)
MINT (M) / Still Sealed (S/S)......The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The jacket and any extra items are in perfect condition.
 NEAR MINT (N/M)......The record is used but hardly or never played. The jacket is in near perfect condition.
EXCELLENT (EX) ......The record shows minor signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The jacket may have slight wear or very light creasing. 

VERY GOOD (VG) ......The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Normal wear and tear on the jacket, without any major defects, is acceptable.
