Items are always very well packaged for safe shipping, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred within the postal system.

We agree to ship within 2-3 working days of receiving payment and our courier then quotes 3-5 days for delivery, so we ask that you please allow up to 10 days for your item to arrive before chasing its whereabouts.  In most cases your item will arrive much sooner.

Please note that there is a small charge for packaging materials & the time taken to pack the item, included in the postal charge.  We ask very politely that you please remember this when leaving feedback, especially for our postal charges.

We will ship abroad as required, but please request the postage cost before bidding, as costs vary depending on item size and destination address.
