I am selling the complete set of Studio Ghibli Kokyo Kyokushu vinyl soundtracks released by Mondo Records in 2013. Mondo released a limited run of three variant covers for the record: one with Spirited Away, one with Princess Mononoke, and a rare Howl's Moving Castle cover that was sold mostly at San Diego Comic-Con. This auction includes all three records, each still sealed in plastic.
The records are colored vinyl, which each variant including two records colored in different combinations such as purple/pink, red/blue, and green/yellow.
The records are all in like-new condition save for the Spirited Away vinyl, which has a slight nick in the cover. You can see in the photos the extent of the damage. Although it is slight and the plastic is otherwise still intact, the Spirited Away variant does have a scratch on the cover.
Because the Howl's Moving Castle variant was only sold at San Diego Comic-Con, it is the rarest of the bunch. The records themselves are now out of print, and Mondo has no plans to re-release the set.
The records themselves are great; there are some great tracks from different Studio Ghibli works, and it's awesome to hear them played on the record player.
